In times of economic downturn more and more buildings lie vacant. Legislation enforces that responsibility for these sites remains with the tenants or owners who have a legal requirement to ensure that the premises remain safe at all times. 

Working with your insurer Nexus will visit your site on a predefined schedule and make certain that you are not liable for any offences. This includes ensuring that the building is in a good state of repair & reporting back any issues that need to be resolved or changes that have occurred since our last visit. We will also take meter readings to help manage your ongoing costs and even collect the mail.
