Sometimes we may just need to pause a single or scheduled activity on a site, but when a site has multiple activities that need pausing - and no new activities will be created on this site - it is easier to pause the site itself. 

Please note, when a site is paused we can't create any new activities on it. So this would not be used for something like the COVID lockdowns, but could be due to non-payments from the customer so we are suspending services on the site
