As with creating activities, there are two ways in which a site can be terminated.

To terminate a site immediately, please view the following video. This process is very straightforward.

Within Link, we can also set a site for termination in the future. So when a customer calls to say that a site will no longer be serviced as of next month, we cant set that up straight away in Link. Please see the following video for how to set a site for future termination.
