Our response to COVID 19
Nexus continues to trade as normal protecting people & places during the current pandemic and in many cases we are providing additional services to assist our customers through these difficult times.
All officers representing Nexus have undertaken COVID19 training, applicable risk assessments are in place and officers have been instructed to wear facemasks on all sites - including those where government does not deem it a requirement. In addition gloves and sanitiser have been made available by our Network Partners.
Our Manchester based 24 hour customer service centre is operating normally. Social distancing measures have been introduced throughout.
Please note we are not currently accepting visitors at our customer service centre.
